My WashPost op-ed: Welcome Trump’s election suits

Don’t worry about Trump’s election suits. Welcome them.

My argument in @washingtonpost:

1) the best way to legitimize Biden’s victory
2) Expose bogus complaints about voter fraud
3) keep options open in case of real fraud in Georgia in January.

  1. Thanks, Jed, really helpful. I had been think some of the same things, but not able articulate them. If at the end of this there isn’t any fraud, or even any material mistakes, as seems extremely likely, then it is a huge win for future debates on this issue.
